This short guide is a set of chapters that aims to break the pattern we have in our minds that stops us from completing, or even starting our favourite projects.
Quitting is healthy, and a necessary part of growth, but we mostly quit for unhealthy reasons, like not making the time, getting overwhelmed, doubting ourselves. All these things that we can control, and should be in control of if we want to have authority over our own lives.
Through my experience of letting ideas that I have been so passionate about, left unventured and unturned, I have gone through a journey to try and understand why that is and how I can rewire my perspective to help me do more of the things I love, and test my ideas to a point that feels healthy to quit (or in some cases continue).
